Giftwrapping Service-

At present we are not able to offer customers and gift wrapping service.  All registered customers will receive an e-mail confirming when this service is available.

UK Express Delivery-

At present Black Shimmer are unable to offer Express Delivery on any order placed.  This should be rectified shortly and will be offered as soon as possible.

Exceptional Items-

Non-Standard Items considered large, heavy or fragile may be subject to an extra charge to ensure safe delivery.  Customers will be informed of these charges before purchasing the goods, within the Shopping Basket.

Delivery to International Customers-

The Black Shimmer Website currently presents gifts and products solely for selling within the United Kingdom.  We would certainly accept orders from locations outside the United Kingdom however we are then subject to specific customs, legal and regulatory practices of your home country.  International customers will then be termed wholly responsible for the compliance of local laws when ordering products.

Once we receive a special request for delivery outside of the UK we will contact the customer within 48Hrs to advise on specific delivery charges.
