- While our site is updated we check the product pricing against many competitors ensuring that every item is value for money.
- Customer Feedback is actively encouraged and we would ask you at any time to send your comments or suggestions, both positive and negative! We are here for you, if we can improve or service or you are looking for a specific product, do not hesitate to contact us using the Feedback Page.
- The Black Shimmer site is split into 3 main categories- Accessories, Jewellery and Gifts. These then split into womens, mens, childrens, baby and special occasion. You will not have to continually search through list after list of options. Within a few clicks of your mouse, you should find exactly what you are looking for! There are also two further categories- Hobbies and Crafts as well as Wedding Accessories and Gifts.
- During the registration process we ask if you wish to be contacted with our latest offers and newsletters. Do not worry, we limit the number of e-mails you receive. You also have the option to unsubscribe from the promotional e-mail, this can be found on our Sign In Page.
- Many of our products are environmentally friendly and some are organically produced. The packing utilised to delivery your products is made from a mix of recycled material and is fully bio-degradable. We are continually improving our 'Green' practices.
- We are a Scottish Company, for many customers our products can be on your doorstep the next morning for that last minute surprise!
